Shipping Overview

We offer complimentary shipping on most products within the contiguous United States. Additionally, significant discounts are provided to our international customers and those requiring expedited delivery.

Global Shipping

The cost of international shipping depends on the package's weight and is automatically calculated at checkout. You can view the shipping charges in your shopping cart before completing your purchase.

Quick Dispatch

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation. In cases of back-ordered items, we will inform you via email about your options. Please note, we do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Orders placed after 7 AM CST on Friday will be sent out on the next business day (Monday), unless expedited shipping is selected. In such cases, orders placed before 2 PM CST will be dispatched the same day.

Choosing a Shipping Carrier

Our partnerships with major shipping providers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) allow us to select the most suitable carrier for your order based on the package's content, weight, dimensions, and destination. We encourage you to review expedited shipping options and their costs at checkout.

Shipping Options:

  • Priority Mail (2-3 Days): This option aims for a 2 to 3 business day delivery after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location, especially in remote areas.

  • Priority Mail Express (1-2 Days): With this service, your item should arrive 1 business day after shipping. Delivery times may extend to 2 days depending on the destination's remoteness.

Tracking Your Order

Typically, orders shipped within the USA arrive in 4-9 days, while international orders may take 9-16 days. You will be notified via email once your order is dispatched, which will include your tracking number for online order tracking. If you haven't received a shipping notification within 3-4 business days, please get in touch with us.

Additional Tracking Methods:

For Registered Users: Log into your account, select “My Account” from the top right menu, choose your order number, and find the tracking number next to the product details. Click on the tracking number to follow your order's journey.

Package Consolidation

We aim to consolidate orders into as few shipments as possible. If items from the same order arrive separately, they may have been divided during shipping. Please allow 24 hours before reaching out to customer service for assistance.

Non-deliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Orders

Packages returned to Skidaddi.com for being non-deliverable, refused, or unclaimed will be treated as standard returns. For more details, please consult our Returns Policy.
